5.2. Failure to reach payment agreed results in termination of services.
6.1. The company is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequencial damages caused to delivered services by user interactions.
7.1. Either parties may call off the services with prior notice and agreement.
7.2. Websync may teminate any service offered if any of these terms have been breached.
